Move over hot cappuccinos and lattes … it’s summer, which means it’s cold brew’s time to shine! There is nothing better than a nice, refreshing glass of cold brewed coffee in the summertime to cool down while staying caffeinated. We’re putting together a series of cold brew recipes to spice up your summer!

Cold Brew Lemonade

This is what happens when coffee lovers crave an Arnold Palmer, but don’t want to give up their coffee. The Cold Brew Lemonade is sweet, just a little tart, and bursting with the delicious cold brew flavor you love. It’s one of those drinks that you’ll try once and will instantly become your summer go-to.  Don’t say we didn’t warn you …

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 oz. simple syrup
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup cold brew
  • Coffee Ice Cubes

Directions:

  1. To make the lemonade: combine lemon juice, simple syrup and water in a cup. Alternate ingredients, tasting as you go, until you get the perfect lemonade.
  2. Add the Coffee Ice Cubes
  3. Top with your favorite cold brew, and enjoy your Cold Brew Lemonade!

For a bubbly twist on this beverage, add in a splash of sparkling water!
