The Challenge


Initially, Justworks had only been taking advantage of Corporate Essentials’ locally roasted coffee program while handling the purchasing of snacks and other office supplies directly through individual vendors themselves. This process was time-consuming, management-heavy and inherently problematic. Sofia Montgomery was brought on to streamline and improve processes as the company was on track to double its current size.


The Solution


At first, Sofia wasn’t familiar with the full scope of what Corporate Essentials could offer. With Corporate Essentials’ specialty coffee relationships, locally-roasted coffee was delivered directly to Justworks shortly after it was roasted to take advantage of peak freshness. Recognizing an opportunity to help Sofia consolidate her sourcing of coffee, snacks and drinks, a member of Corporate Essentials’ Account Management team presented a plan to roll out a full employee wellness program.

Everyone at Justworks immediately noticed the difference. The quality of Justworks’ snacks had greatly improved and now, there was a ton more variety, too. PLUS, thanks to Corporate Essentials’ fully-trained on-site Attendant, the break room is always fully stocked!
