Black Lives Matter.

Corporate Essentials stands in solidarity with the millions of people who
are demanding reform from our Political System, the Justice System and an end to police

Corporate Essentials is compelled to respond to the recent events that have affected our
country. The murder of George Floyd, the civil unrest, and the culmination of years of frustration
for those who seek simply to be treated like human beings, will undoubtedly be a pivotal point in
this society’s history.

Inclusion, opportunity, education, equity, and respect are for every individual. We should accept
nothing less than true equality and justice for all Americans. We can no longer tolerate ANY
injustice toward anyone because of the color of their skin. We feel that NOW at this critical
moment everyone must look inside themselves, listen, understand how others truly feel, change
our attitudes, and no longer be silent or accept things as they are. NOW is a time to act against
the scourge of racism and the wedge it drives between us.

Each of us has a voice and responsibility to rise up and make lasting positive changes. Let’s all
come together and BE THE CHANGE. We need to educate ourselves, listen to the voices of
those who have been ignored, have open conversations about these issues, and use our voices
to stop implicit bias and break the cycle of systemic racism. We need to advocate for police
reform and training, support black-owned businesses and use every day as an opportunity to
make the world a better and safer place for EVERYONE.

For the past 25 years, our approach has always focused on bringing happiness to our partners,
and as we move forward in this tough time we remain devoted to that end. We are committed to
taking the necessary steps to ensure the comfort and safety of all our employees, and will
examine our policies and structure to ensure we are doing our best to improve in any way we
