Move over hot cappuccinos and lattes … it’s summer, which means it’s cold brew’s time to shine! There is nothing better than a nice, refreshing glass of cold brewed coffee in the summertime to cool down while staying caffeinated. We’re putting together a series of cold brew recipes to spice up your summer!

Coffee Ice Cubes

Everyone knows that awful feeling when you don’t drink your iced coffee fast enough and you’re left with coffee-flavored water. You’ll never have to deal with this tragedy again, thanks to coffee ice cubes! My iced coffee or cold brew in the morning is not complete without these – as they melt they make your coffee stronger and so much more delicious! Once you try adding coffee ice cubes to your iced coffee you’ll never settle for plain ice again.

Ingredients:

  • Brewed coffee
  • Ice cube tray

Directions:

  1. Brew coffee and let cool
  2. Pour into ice cube tray and freeze completely
  3. Break cubes into your favorite cold brew coffee
  4. Enjoy non-watery coffee
