Meet Kate, the not-so-fictional employee who found herself in meeting after meeting with both management and her coworkers about a common, modern office issue – how to attract new talent and keep their current office superstars engaged and thriving in their company culture. The ideas weren’t exactly rolling off the tongue for some, but for Kate, she simply suggested what employees actually want and can enjoy: free coffee, healthy snacks and beverages. Something as simple as office refreshments keeps employees energized and motivated from the second they walk in until the moment they tell everyone, “See you tomorrow!”
