Corporate Essentials’ very own in-house catering company Martin + Fitch offers both full-service catering and drop-off deliveries. Since the team performs full-service catering, this arrangement extends beyond providing great food; it means we also prepare everything required to be sure the event runs smoothly. That includes choosing your rentals, coordinating bartending services and hiring waitstaff, clean up and more.

Depending on the size of the event and the total number of attendees, extra hands are brought on board to ensure effective setup for any occasion. We know planning company events can be tricky, especially as the size of the gathering increases; which is why our professional event planners take care of the entire set up for you. The team at Martin + Fitch created a fall harvest-themed experience, replete with food and desserts, drinks such as apple cider, and decor associated with the season including pumpkins and stacked hay bales. It was all housed around and beneath a large outdoor tent to protect from surprise weather conditions.

 

More Than Full-Service

The Martin + Fitch spotlight on personalization extends to the dishes we provide. Custom-built menus are changed daily and seasonally, offering new and distinct meals based on the freshest ingredients. In addition to full-service catering, Martin + Fitch has other solutions – including workplace-centric catering of the entire seasonal menu, or through the delivery of ‘drop boxes,’ which contain an assortment of appetizers, meals and desserts suitable for a number of occasions.

These drop boxes enclose a selection of food that best fit your gathering. Fresh seasonal fruit or vegetables, Tuscan meat trays, sandwiches, appetizers, desserts and more are among the many drop box varieties that can be ordered. Even better, these boxes arrive with all of the tools you need to enjoy them. This includes high-end disposable cutlery, plates and napkins. The food itself is delivered on bamboo disposable boxes that double as trays, but linens, flatware, and glassware can each be requested as well.
