As Martin + Fitch’s Executive Chef, Maura Martin brings her talents from a prosperous career and her love of food to create something magnificent.
She believes that ingredients are somehow predestined and fresh, seasonal, whole foods prepared perfectly are one of the greatest joys in life.
After attending La Varenne in Paris, Maura traveled for a year where she was able to experience the cuisines of Europe, Asia, South America and the Middle East.
Throughout her career as a private chef, restaurant owner and caterer she has cooked for some of the most recognizable names in film, music, fashion and finance.
Maura is very excited to join the Corporate Essentials team and bring her eclectic, seasonally inspired cuisine to the world of corporate catering.
