Introducing Jenn Lim, CEO & Chief Happiness Officer of Delivering Happiness. She co-founded the company with Tony Hsieh, CEO of Zappos.com, where they take a scientific approach to inspire happiness, passion and purpose at work, home and in everyday life.
As a consultant for Zappos, Jenn has seen the company grow from its start-up days in 2003 to the $2 billion business it is today. She has contributed to this success by creating the Zappos Culture Book, a how-to guide for companies in successfully creating cultures based on happiness, while also increasing productivity and profitability.
Jenn’s experience with Zappos culture, combined with developing scientific frameworks for companies to create their own unique work culture, created the evidence that happier employees = happier customers = successful companies (and meaningful lives). She has delivered talks to companies in over 30 countries on this equation and shares the evidence as to HOW this equation works.
