We’re looking for an experienced Field Service Technician to work together with our Tech/Service team here at Corporate Essentials! This role will be responsible for on site installation, repair and maintenance however, customer satisfaction and communication will be the key factor in determining success in this role.
The candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in either commercial beverage equipment or household service maintenance involving electrical and water.
An ideal candidate will have:
- Basic plumbing skills and equipment knowledge
- Reading specifications
- Valid drivers license and ability to drive service truck
- Ability to lift 85 pounds
- Flexibility in working on a high variety of equipment with constant new machinery
- High school education
You’ll be responsible for but not limited to:
- Properly install, repair and perform preventative maintenance on commercial beverage equipment
- Assertive in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions
- Maintain positive customer relations with a pro-active attitude in communication to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Ability to train customers on proper usage and minimal maintenance on equipment
- Effectively communicate on site equipment, and customer concerns back to home office
- Vehicle inventory with accurate organizational skills for tracking and reporting
