CASE STUDY: CONSTANT FLOW OF FRESH WATER
Like most of the world, Robert Jamison was concerned about good, clean water, especially the drinking water for his office.

PROBLEM:
Using bottled spring water was not only expensive, but another concern was the space needed to store the bottles. Upon further review, we noticed that the staff was placing the bottles onto the coolers without cleaning off the top and neck of the bottle, thereby contaminating the cooler’s reservoirs. Also, on some occasion, they would run out of water all together and scramble to get additional deliveries.

SOLUTION:
We had Robert’s company change from bottled water coolers to a Filtration Water Delivery System Benefits: Fixed monthly cost, never run out of water, no contamination from filthy bottles. no bottle deposits and no need to store the bottles. Overall, we saved Robert’s company about 35% off their bottom line for water.

CASE STUDY: MAKING COFFEE WITHOUT THE MESS
Paul Lemansky is the Office Manager of a mid size law firm in Jersey City, NJ. Paul's issue was the time spent on the cleaning of the coffee pots & thermoses.

PROBLEM:
Paul wanted less maintenance and he asked for our help. What he needed was a coffee system that did not require any pots at all.

SOLUTION:
We brought in a Keurig Single Cup Brewer which brews individual cups, one cup at a time. There are no pots involved in the brewing of the coffee so there are no pots to clean at the end of the day! A single pod, or K-cup as we call it is inserted into a drawer. A button is pressed and within 30 seconds, you have one of 26 different types of coffees. You see, the coffee is brewed in side the K-Cup and then the coffee is dispensed into your coffee cup! Paul was definitely perked up by this type of brewer and now has 3 Keurig brewer and a Thermal brewer to accommodate the meetings in his 4 conference rooms.

CASE STUDY: FRESH COFFEE FOR HOURS
James Costa is the facility manager of a major financial company in New York City. He wanted to accomplish the following: eliminate wasted and burnt coffee, reduce the time spent on maintaining the coffee equipment and improve the quality of the coffee.

PROBLEM:
The coffee at James's company was brewed using 3 burner glass pot brewers. After 20 minutes or so, the hot plate beneath the pot would start to burn the coffee and would be poured down the drain while another pot would have to be brewed. The significance here is that not only were they pouring money down the drain, but they were also breaking glass pots when someone left the switch on without coffee in the bowl.

SOLUTION:
We switched their Glass Pot Brewers to a Thermal Brewing system. Coffee is now brewed into a Thermos, without it sitting atop a hot plate. The coffee is now hot and fresh for several hours, no burning, no waste.. Another benefit was that the attractive Thermal Air Pots were portable and could be brought into their conference rooms for meetings eliminating the need for a catering service or unsightly hot plate warmers. As the glass pots contain 64 ounces of coffee, the Thermal Pots hold 85 ounces. Not only did James save money, but his staff and guests always had a fresh pot of coffee at hand.
